Would you like to have fun with your family and spend your free time differently? Draw a garden gnome. It is a great way to be together, spend time with your children, teach them how to draw, and create their own world.
Garden gnomes are small, cute figures that bring joy to young and old.
Step One: How to Draw a Garden Gnome - Let's Go!
In this blog, we will create a classic depiction of a garden gnome. We will start by drawing the outline of his head and the classic pointed hat he wears.
1/ We will start by drawing a round shape for his nose.
2/ Then we will shape the strangely large glasses by drawing two large circles on top of his nose.
3/ Next, we will use rounded lines for the contours of his face.
4/ Finally, we will complete this step by drawing his large hat on his head. It should be large enough that the tip hangs slightly down on the side.

Step Two: Draw the Details of His Face as Well as His Beard.
1/ First, draw the eyes by drawing small circles in the garden gnome's glasses, and then add smaller circles for the pupils inside.
2/ Add some details such as his eyebrows and some lines around his eyes.
3/ Finally, complete the face of your garden gnome by adding his mouth and ears. To complete this second step, draw his bushy beard below his face.

Step Three: Draw His Chest and His Arms.
1/ Draw curved lines for the long sleeves of his shirt, and then add a small hand at the end of each sleeve.
2/ To stay on the topic of gardening, we can also draw a small garden shovel in his left hand.
3/ Complete the outlines of his chest and waist.

Step Four: Draw His Legs.
1/ Draw his short legs with more curved lines, and they will be so short that it will almost look like he has none.
2/ Next, you can complete this step by drawing his shoes, which are rounded at the base of his legs.

Step Five: Finish Your Gnome Drawing by Adding Color.
There are many different colors you can choose to complete it.
You can use yellow, green, and brown for his clothes, and then red for his pointed hat.
To color this garden gnome, we recommend using watercolors so that the picture looks more classic.

A garden gnome is always a charming addition to any garden, and we hope you had a lot of fun designing your own!
But if you still don't have a talent for drawing despite our advice, why not buy one that meets your expectations?
