When will I receive my order?
Our team requires a maximum of 10 to 15 business days to process your order, manufacture the products, and deliver them free of charge. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of our products.
How can I track my package?
To track the progress of your order, you can access the "Track your package" link at the bottom of our website.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer our customers 2 shipping methods:
- Standard shipping (FREE).
- Secure shipping (€7.90) - Loss/theft insurance

How can I change my order?
This is possible, provided that your order has not yet been "processed".
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time. However, if the order is already being prepared, a cancellation fee of 40% of the purchase price will apply. We are available by email to answer any questions you may have and to assist you with this process.
How can I return an item?
We can only accept a return if the product is defective. Before shipping, our items undergo strict quality control. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please email us a photo of the product (preferably in its original packaging) along with your order number. For your return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product. In the event of a cancellation, the customer has 14 days after receipt of the goods to return them at their own expense.
